In this post, I will be mentioning such great tools to stay organized. Let me tell you that you should not try to adopt all because some of the tools does the same things so please choose one and use it to organize yourself.
If one tool doesn’t suit you, then go for another but it is very important for you to know that these tools only helps in organizing, the work to be done actually, is still your baby.
If you are like many others who forget password often, then this tool is for you. It is very easy to use and you only have to remember just ONE password. What a relief! Isn’t?

If you want to get reminder tomorrow then put email in the SaneTomorrow and like wise for SaneNextWeek.
If you do not want to see spam messages, then put them into SaneBlackHole.
It is a tool that allows you to focus on what’s important for you. Use it to your maximum and gain advantage over others by organizing yourself.
If you keep track of your time while working on something, then this is perfect for you.It is a time-tracking application and allows you to manage your precious time. If you easily lose track of your time doing certain task then use Yast and get back on track for time management.
If you are working in a group or on a project then Basecamp is your best choice. You can keep track of your files, discussions, and events.
Evernote is overwhelmingly popular with all walks of life.
It’s like one giant bulletin board for all of your ideas where you can save links, images, text, audio, you name it. You can even share your ideas/projects with other people.
I don’t know about you, but I mostly use Dropbox on a daily basis.
You can share images, videos, and documents, of any size, with anyone, anywhere. No more sitting in front of the computer waiting for large files to send via email.

Online managing of the tasks and to-dos with clean and very simple designed TeuxDeux.
The beauty, besides its minimal red and black design, is that they sync together.
So, add to your list while you’re on the go and see it later when you’re back at home in front of the computer, or vice versa.
